What is light?
Here is what I got. I was shown my cupped hands, and my spirit-self pouring its energy down into them and from them into my body. I meditate near a rippling stream, so the sound effects assisted this vision beautifully. I directed the flow to my third eye, then to my throat and heart and on down. And then I felt this clear message: You don’t have to channel it. You ARE it. I am it. I am spirit. I am Source. I am light. The song, I Am Light by India Arie came to me and I lis

Sunday Night’s Meditation
Here’s what I got during a deep meditation this past Sunday night.
Violence, war, genocide, torture, all forms of cruelty and ugliness are the physical manifestations of pain. Pain creates fear (fear of more pain, fear of worse pain.) And fear creates hatred.
Everything non-physical has a physical equivalent, including (especially) emotions. The physical forms of pain, hate and fear, are violence and cruelty. They are created by all of us whenever we express hatred or act

Winter Solstice Series, Post 2: The Longest Night
In the first post in this series, The Cycles of Nature Within Us, I explored some of the reasons observing the turning points of the year is important for us. I pointed out that what happens in nature happens in us, because there is nothing that is not us. I led you through a series of modern day experiments that point very clearly to that new reality that has set old scientific paradigms on their ear. So in this post, I want to home in on the Winter Solstice itself. First, f
