WTAF is really going on here?
I know what you’re thinking… The world is off the rails. Mankind is like a group of monkeys crammed into the seats of a speeding roller coaster with a crucial section missing up ahead. Everything has gone crazy. But none of that is true. Things have not gone off the rails. But there is something important happening here. WTF is actually happening? Our experience of reality is a mirror. And collectively, it reflects back what we are as a group, as a whole. Humanity itself. And

Sunday Night’s Meditation
Here’s what I got during a deep meditation this past Sunday night.
Violence, war, genocide, torture, all forms of cruelty and ugliness are the physical manifestations of pain. Pain creates fear (fear of more pain, fear of worse pain.) And fear creates hatred.
Everything non-physical has a physical equivalent, including (especially) emotions. The physical forms of pain, hate and fear, are violence and cruelty. They are created by all of us whenever we express hatred or act

Why Life Has So Many Challenges: A Theory
I had one of my breakthrough moments last night, a note to my subconscious, delivered while I slept and all my blocks were down. It wasn’t a dream, it was something I woke up knowing, which happens sometimes.
Here’s what popped into my head.
Wouldn’t it be cool if, when one person did crunches, all people got washboard abs? That would be amazing. We could have one person working out and we would all look great. Or we could assign everyone a tiny bit. Like, some groups do
