Buffalo Cauliflower Wings



These cauliflower wings are amazing.

You won't even believe it's cauliflower!



Ingredients


  • ⅔ cup whole wheat flour

  • 2 tablespoons almond flour

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

  • 2 teaspoons paprika

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp red pepper (optional)

  • 2/3 cup water

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets

  • Frank's Hot Sauce (or other vegan hot sauce.)



Instructions


  • Preheat ovn to 425º

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  • Mix all ingredients except cauliflower and hot sauce. (Add a dash of hot sauce to the mix if you like.)

  • Break or cut cauliflower into bite-size florets

  • Roll each floret in the mixture

  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes

  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. They get crispier!

  • Top with hot sauce. Enjoy!
