Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

These cauliflower wings are amazing.
You won't even believe it's cauliflower!
Ingredients
â…” cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons almond flour
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 to 1/2 tsp red pepper (optional)
2/3 cup water
1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
Frank's Hot Sauce (or other vegan hot sauce.)

Instructions
Preheat ovn to 425º
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Mix all ingredients except cauliflower and hot sauce. (Add a dash of hot sauce to the mix if you like.)
Break or cut cauliflower into bite-size florets
Roll each floret in the mixture
Bake 25 to 30 minutes
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. They get crispier!
Top with hot sauce. Enjoy!
