Quick, Easy, Healthy Vegan Pizza

The easier it is to eat in harmony with nature, the more people will try it, and there is nothing easier than this quick, healthy, wonderful, vegan pizza!
INGREDIENTS
1 Pastorelli Whole Wheat Pizza crusts
1 cup crushed tomatoes (canned)
1 teaspoon real maple syrup
Italian Seasoning to taste
Vegan Mozzarella. (I used Parmela brand.)
TOPPINGS
Peppers
Hot peppers
Onions or Shallots
Mushrooms
Black Olives
Pineapple
Meatless sausage, browned
Meatless pepperoni, sliced
Anything else you desire

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400
Mix the crushed tomatoes, syrup and Italian seasonings. Heat this mixture to a boil then lower heat simmer about 3 minutes to meld the seasonings. Taste it again as it heats and adjust seasoning as needed.
Allow the sauce to cool while you chop your toppings to desired size.
Place crust on a parchment-covered baking sheet.
Spoon sauce onto crust and spread evenly to the edges to desired thickness.
Scatter desired toppings on top of the sauce.
Drizzle more sauce atop the toppings.
Sprinkle with vegan mozzarella.
Bake for 20 minutes on center rack.
Remove and enjoy!
