Top 5 Reasons You’re Not Happy: GUILT

So we get a little success and we feel terrible about all the people who don’t have any success at all. We make a little money and feel badly for those who have none. But let’s get serious about this now. What does one thing have to do with the other?
What We Live Has No Relation to What Anyone Else is Living
If we were failing instead of succeeding, would other people be more successful? If we were broke instead of able to pay our bills, would poor people have more money than they do otherwise?
Of course not.
So then, our having success or wealth or good luck or happiness or well being or good health has nothing to do with whether others have those things. We know that, on a practical level.
So then, where is all this guilt coming from?
There’s truly no such thing as guilt. What we are actually feeling when we think we’re feeling guilty, is unworthiness. Think about the questions that guilt makes us ask ourselves.
Why should I have these good things?
What makes me better than others who have nothing?
Why should I get this when someone else doesn’t?
Whoever is deciding this stuff is deciding badly, because clearly others are more deserving than I am.
Think about that for a moment. Mull it and internalize it. Understand that guilt is just a feeling of unworthiness. And the better you do in life, the bigger those feelings can get. If you want to succeed in anything, your business or your life, you have to get your head around what guilt really is. A feeling of unworthiness.
So let's talk about why we can't have nice things. 🙂
Worthiness or lack there of has nothing to do with anything.
The only thing that has anything to do with what we are living in the world, is what is going on within us. Our reality is created by our beliefs, our mood, our expectations, and our focus.
So what has our attention? When we think about money, do we feel panic? Stress? Or calm confidence, eager anticipation, a contentment with where we are and a certainty that it’s getting better and better?
That’s all it is. That’s all any of this is.
Life is not about reward and punishment
Life, rather, is a mirror. A great big, iMax 3D, 360 degree spherical movie screen, and you are the projector. Everything around you, everyone in your life, is a reflection of what’s going on inside you.
And the way to change what’s going on inside is, first, accept that. Know it’s all you. Second, start believing that just as you have created everything you’re living right now, you are, right now, right this minute, creating everything you’re going to be living tomorrow, and next week, and next month, and next year.
How do you want to feel tomorrow?
Healthy. Happy. Fulfilled. Abundant. Blessed.
How do you get there?
Not by feeling guilty. Not by thinking yourself unworthy.
You get there by feeling your way. By feeling happy, healthy, fulfilled, abundant and blessed right where you are, right now. Right this very moment.
Focus on what’s right with your health instead of what’s wrong, and celebrate it.
Pay attention to things that have brought happiness into your life instead of the things that still elude you.
Mull on all the ways you spend your time that feel fulfilling to you, and you can vow to start spending more time doing more things that fulfill you.
Count your blessings and your abundance instead of your bills, and give thanks for it every day.
And every one of those things will grow bigger.
One More Thing... .
You are a vessel filled to the brim with God-Force. Divine Energy. Goddess-Power. Spirit. Soul. Source.
Our bodies were created by Source to act as physical containers for Source, with physical sensors that allow Source to experience physical existence. That’s it.
We are Source.
How can we possibly be unworthy?
