The spot where I meditate is blissful. I use the sounds of stream and waterfalls as a focus to distract my inner Chatty Cathy and quiet my mind. This is how I finally made meditation work for me. So I decided to record the sound. After all, we meditate with our eyes closed. The sound is the key.
